NerdBallerTV subscription automatically renews monthly. You may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period. You retain access to the subscription from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period. You can easily cancel your subscription on your account dashboard, if needed.

Subscription Cancellation Example​

Your account was created on October 15th. Your billing cycle will be approximately every 30 days and will renew on the 15th of each month. If you cancel before November 15th, you will not be charged for November’s membership and your access will be discontinued November 15th.

If at any time you wish to take a break from NerdBallerTV’s membership but do not want to cancel your account, you can pause your billing. This means your account will retain your billing information, and can be resumed at any time. If you cancel your account, you will be prompted to enter your payment information again after your billing cycle has lapsed. You can pause your subscription on your account dashboard, under the subscriptions tab.

PLEASE NOTE: If you pause your subscription, and log back in AFTER your billing cycle lapses, you will be automatically charged for renewal.

Paused Subscription Example​

Your account was created April 12th and your billing cycles on the 12th of each month. You pause your subscription on April 27th and do not return until June 5th. You are able to continue viewing content from April 12th – May 12th and, when you log back in on June 5th, your card on file will be automatically charged for renewal. Your new billing cycle will now be on the 5th of every month instead of the 12th.

Resuming Subscription​

You can resume your subscription at any time by clicking Resume on the subscriptions tab of your account dashboard. If you pause your subscription, and log in to the website after your billing cycle would have lapsed, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the month. This will also move your billing cycle to the new date on which is was resumed. You can resume your membership at any time before your billing cycle ends to continue your same billing cycle date.
